In that interview of jack ma and Elon musk jack ma said” I’m more interested in Earth the things that’s gonna happen in here so why are you so curious about mars!?”
And awkwardly he replied that “this is the first time in 4.5 billion years history of earth that it’s been possible to extend life beyond earth
As jack ma replied to him saying” it is so difficult to secure the future of the earth but we can secure the future of 100 years
And he was annoyed by that a lot and after that he was very uncomfortable throughout the interview

The interviewer said that “we have enough problem on earth, why are we spending time, energy, and money getting off the earth!?”
He replied to that very professionally and calmly “I think we should spend the majority of our resources solving problems on earth, like 99 plus of our economy should be dedicated to solving problem earth but maybe something 1 percent or less than 1 percent could be applied to extending life beyond earth”
Conclusion
well,if you think about it carefully it is pretty bad to embarrass someone who is dedicating his time, money and energy for science and people are discourage him asking him things like that he is doing good for us and science so let’s his work he is doing for the sake of science and extending if you do probably you will also get a chance to go to space like the inspiration 4 crew, who are in the orbit while I am writing right now
